- Sign up and login to Roger OnRamp
- Complete and upload your E-sign W-9
- Complete your Carrier Profile
- Click “View Details” on the CGB
Shipper card - Click “CGB US Carrier Agreement
– Signature Required” to e-sign your Hauling Contract - Select “Connect My Agent” to add your insurance agent. This allows
your agent to upload your insurance certificate to the MyCOI portal.
IMPORTANT!
Please reach out to your insurance agent and inform them they will be receiving an email invitation addressed from MyCOI to upload your insurance certificate.
