Sign up & login to Roger OnRamp to Complete:

1. Complete and upload your E-sign W-9
2. Complete your Carrier Profile
3. Click “Sign Hauling Contract for CGB” to e-sign your Hauling Contract
4. Click “View Details” on the CGB Shipper card
5. Select “Connect My Agent” to add your insurance agent. This allows your agent to upload your insurance certificate to the myCOI portal.

IMPORTANT!

Please reach out to your insurance agent and inform them they will be receiving an
email invitation addressed from myCOI to upload your insurance certificate.
